Role Summary
Data Breed Africa is seeking a knowledgeable and passionate AI Instructor to deliver practical, industry-aligned training in Artificial Intelligence and data-driven technologies. The instructor will play a key role in equipping learners with relevant skills, inspiring students to learn, and ensuring a high-quality learning experience at Data Breed Africa.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging AI training sessions (in-person and/or online)
• Inspire students to learn, explore, and confidently apply AI concepts
• Guide learners through hands-on labs, projects, and real-world use cases
• Evaluate assignments, projects, and assessments
• Provide timely feedback and practical improvement suggestions to learners
• Assist and support new instructors through Data Breed Africa’s mentorship program
• Liaise closely with Data Breed Africa to ensure a positive, inclusive, and effective learning experience
• Share feedback and suggestions on how training programs and delivery can be improved
• Support curriculum development and continuous content enhancement
Requirements
• Strong understanding of AI, Data Science, or Machine Learning
• Practical industry or teaching experience
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse learners
• Passion for teaching, mentorship, and learner success
• Relevant certifications are an added advantage
